Deposit

The deposit to secure your child’s place is as follows: Full time: £200 Part time £100

This deposit is payable to ‘The Fruit Tree Day Nursery’ and will be kept throughout the duration of your child attending the

nursery. Upon your child leaving the nursery the deposit is returnable.

*Please note that completing this form does not secure

your child a place at our nursery. Your child’s place is not secure until we receive payment of deposit.

**If you pay a deposit and no longer wish to take up the space your deposit will remain non refundable**.

Acceptance

The terms and conditions on our Admissions Policy are considered to be fair and reasonable. In the event of any term found by a Court of Law to be unreasonable then that clause shall be removed but the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

The parent/guardian has read and understands the terms and conditions contained on our Admission form and undertakes to be

bound by the same.
